Electrolysis is a permanent hair removal method that is effective on very light-colored, white, or red hairs that are not affected by laser hair removal devices. In electrolysis, each hair is removed individually from its root. An electric current is sent to the hair follicle through a very thin, sterile needle, destroying the hair root. This application prevents hair regrowth, ensuring permanent hair removal. Since the electric current is sent directly to the hair root, it only affects the hair root without damaging the surrounding skin.
